1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing visionengine.digital and enrolling in Visionengine training programs, you agree to these General Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services or submit enrollment requests.

2. Services Description

Visionengine provides professional training on lookalike audience design, seed strategy, and related acquisition methodology. Services include live cohort sessions, templates, office hours, and materials as described per program. We do not operate advertising accounts on your behalf.

3. Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment is confirmed after written acceptance and payment instructions are fulfilled. Prices displayed on the site are informational in KRW unless otherwise stated. Installment plans, when offered, show total cost upfront.

4. Intellectual Property

Course materials, templates, and branding remain Visionengine property. Personal tier licenses permit individual use. Business tier licenses permit internal use by the enrolling organization as stated in program terms. Redistribution or resale without written permission is prohibited.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate enrollment information, respect cohort participation guidelines, and not share login credentials or recordings beyond your licensed seats. You are responsible for compliance with applicable advertising platform policies in your campaigns.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, Visionengine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of training materials. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

8. Termination and Modifications

We may suspend access for breach of these terms. We may update these terms with notice on this site; material changes apply to future enrollments. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
