Refund & Cancellation

1. Overview
This policy explains refund and cancellation rights for Visionengine training programs purchased in KRW. It supplements your rights under the Korean Framework Act on Consumers and related regulations.
2. Eligibility Window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if the program has not started and you have not downloaded restricted materials marked as post-access non-refundable.
3. Partial Refunds
If the program has started but you withdraw within 7 days of the first live session, a partial refund may apply minus an administrative fee of 15% and any consumed seat costs, as permitted by law.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Completed programs, issued certificates after full participation, third-party license fees already paid on your behalf, and custom private cohort deposits after work has begun are generally non-refundable.
5. Cancellation by Visionengine
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to the next available date. We are not responsible for indirect costs such as travel.
6. How to Request
Email hello@visionengine.digital with your name, program name, payment date, and reason. We acknowledge within 3 business days.
7. Processing Time and Method
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may require additional verification for Korean accounts.
8. Consumer Rights in Korea
For distance contracts, you may have statutory withdrawal rights where applicable. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer protections. Disputes may be directed to the Korea Consumer Agency or local consumer centers.
